Bliss Woodworks is a Baltimore based woodworking company that makes furniture and unique home goods.
Kate Christian is the craftswoman here at Bliss Woodworks. After being a boat captain, a business analyst, working at a startup developing at home STD tests, Kate discovered woodworking by taking a cutting board class at the Station North Tool Library. It was the only thing she wanted to do and followed that passion, making cutting boards, then tables, then everything else. She now teaches that same cutting board class at the Tool Library, but also makes and designs furniture. All the pieces are made with a love of the material and the labor.
Bliss Woodworks is proud to be a part of the Made in Baltimore community.
